You lead a team or work on demanding projects. You do your job well. The results are there. But…

 

- circumstances are constantly changing, and adaptation is increasingly difficult

- you feel overwhelmed by the decisions you need to make, and the pressure is great

- your team or environment is full of tension, anxiety, and difficult conversations

- you don't know how to support the team

- you are not sure that your message and your work are reaching the main stakeholders

- there are conflicts, problems in cooperation, or a lack of motivation

- you feel isolated in your role and in between the demands of the organization and the team

 

And it has nothing to do with your results. It has to do with the fact that most leaders and experts are not taught how to lead and work when circumstances are challenging, tense, and constantly changing.

Leadership by Choice is an individualized coaching program for leaders and professionals that goes beyond just tools that tell you “what to do.”

 

This program focuses on who you are as a leader or professional and how to make decisions that are aligned with you.

We cannot control market conditions, changes, restructurings, or external crises. But we can build what helps you have a long-term sense of control - mindset and relationships.

The program is based on the PEOPLE FIRST approach, which includes:

understanding individual approach and work/leadership style
practical tools adapted to the person and situation
focus on mindset and relationships
professional support (psychology, psychotherapy, HR experience)

No surface-level solutions, only lasting change.

Structure of Leadership by Choice programme:

Initial meeting

Introductions and exploration of your current circumstances, we agree on a goal and plan for next sessions, and by the end of the session, you receive a link for DISC Flow assessment.

♦ DISC Flow assessment

One whole session is dedicated to your DISC Flow results, where we go over them in depth and put them in the context of your problem or goal.

♦ Coaching sessions

4 coaching sessions during which we go deeper into the topic with the goal to better understand the problem, try out new approaches, experiment with your approach, and track progress. These sessions are being held every 2-3 weeks. depending on the agreement.

♦ Follow-up call

2 months after the last coaching session, we have a follow-up session to check your progress and adjust if needed.

Bonus: e-mail support during the main part of the programme.

Coaching sessions are held online in the afternoon hours.

DISC Flow helps individuals understand their natural work style, communication preferences, strengths, and blind spots, and provides specific suggestions for how to work more effectively with other styles.

Unlike general personality tests, DISC Flow focuses specifically on workplace behavior and provides insights that can be applied immediately.
