My approach is a combination of a background in psychology and psychotherapy with concrete coaching tools used in the context of the individual, the problem, and the organization.

Individual coaching program for team leaders and mid/senior level professionals who lead teams or demanding projects in circumstances where change is frequent, demands are increasing, and the market is unpredictable.

 

With professional support, DISC Flow profiling, and practical tools, participants will learn more about their own leadership style and work on building a mindset and collaboration that support stability and a sense of control in their own work and career.

 

The coaching package includes:

    5 individual 1:1 coaching sessions

    DISC Flow profiling and comprehensive profile with guidelines for daily

       work

    Follow-up call 2 months after the end of the collaboration
